When owners are sent notification of default by the lender and was ordered to appear in court, may feel that the situation has turned worse. It is debatable whether the owners undue reliance on finding help through the county court system. Although they should do all that and can use all options available to stop foreclosure, including working with the court, should not be considered as the main solution. Justice is more often bought objectively decided, and are often victims of exclusion only kick in their purchasing power. Of Justice, a topic discussed for centuries, now is another of those trinkets striking that only the rich and politically connected can afford, and those of more modest means can only be envious.
