I need an attorney to help me “state a claim” for a lawsuit in Miami-Dade, Florida?

I’ve already submitted a complaint, served it successfully, appeared in court for several motions and pleadings, etc. Now, the other party want to have my case dismissed based on my not stating a sufficient claim, motion for more definitive statement, etc. I need a lawyer to help me continue this case and get it to trial. I really cant afford to spend lots of money, Pro Bono or on contingency would be best for me. Can someone give me any good ideas or refer me to the right place? Thanks

contact the miami-dade bar association or the yellow pages as they have referral companies to attorneys at the end of the listings in the yellow pages. they can put you in touch with attorneys. but you need to do it fast as your amended complaint must be dine in 20 days. if your not from the area, then file for extension of time motion to obtain one.
